I agree. The stuffy nose should be treated with a heated humidifier and if that doesn't work lots of cortico-steroid nasal spray or drops. Your nose is not allowed to be stuffy when you have OSAS. Heart attacks, strokes, coma, sudden death are the risks for not wearing CPAP.
