Aww come on Mary Ann read your own post. Negative from beginning to end. You have defeated yourself befor you have even began.12 is not a very high pressure. Mine is 13.Hopfully the test was done to determine the pressures needed to stop your apnias.That was the reason for the tests to begin with.Raising or lowering those pressures just to make you happy makes the tests a waste of time and money.Lots of us have had to make adjustments in our lifestyles but its worth it if it helps.Perhaps you can see about a bipap machine which can make it a little more confortable.
