Easiest way, assuming you are somewhere near your DME, is to take it there and have them do it. Mine will do it for free if I go to their office, but would charge me $50 for coming to the house. Last time I had a pressure change, they were willing to have a tech stop by my office (for free) with a portable manometer because it was on the way to work for her. Have also taken it to my sleep center and they were willing to check it for free. If you like complicated, I recall instructions on a much earlier forum for making your own manometer--beyond me. I tend to have mine checked once a year, has only been off once, but that once keeps me having it checked. Good luck!
