I too had problems with first DME. I complained to the insurance company that I feared that the DME was riping off the insurance company and plus the DME office was not always open when I needed to drop in. They had set office hours, but were not always there during those office hours. I told the insurance that I was changing DME and that was that. I wasn't going to work with a DME that was unreachable.

Much happier with current DME, even though they do the same thing with the price hikes. But they too have to earn a living.
