We have all had such wonderful experiences with insurance and DMEs, haven't we!

This is kind of where I have a moral delimma: I would like to complain to my insurance company about the price they paid for a CPAP (double from what you pay on the internet), but if I do, does that then make it harder for people who need these machines to get them?

In our area (50 mile radius), this DME is the only supplier as they own all the outlets in nearby towns and it looks like they must have agreements with all the area hospitals to be their provider.

Do you or don't you?
