Thanks, I needed to read that! I know that alot of the getting accustomed to the c-pap is determination and consistent trying to get used to it. I have had a period where I just took the mask off and said I had rather just live like I have because I didn't want to deal with this whole situation, but in reality I know I must. I am still trying to wear the mask even though my pressure has not been titrated to me and I am trying to keep an open mind that after it is titrated that I WILL BE ABLE TO USE IT AND LEAD A MORE NORMAL LIFE!
