If your doctor tells you to change your pressure and has you try to find a forum on the internet to get instructions on how to make the change there is something wrong with the system. If he tells you to change the pressure and shows you how then you should follow his directions.

As far as getting valid information on someone's conditions with sleep apnea, that is one of the goals of the forum, but supplying someone with information on how to change pressure settings is not what this forum is about.

So it seems we have gotten off the subject of this thread, which I believe was not posting information on changing CPAP pressure or practicing medicine without a license on this forum.
