Hi Ana - Your symptoms sound like those of sleep apnea. I wouldn't worry right now about the lump in your throat, but I would DEFINATELY suggest that you have a sleep study done - as quickly as you can arrange it. The sleep doctor will look at your throat, as well. By the sound of things, your other doctor(s) gave you a test for thyroid function. I had the same tests, and they indicated no problem with the thyroid, but I certainly have sleep apnea!

PLEASE have it checked as quickly as possible.

Best wishes

Graham
