Deborah,

I'm glad to read your posting. I've been on the c-pap for over 2 years. I've still to sleep more that 1 1/2 hours with the mask on. I pull the mask off during the night. If I put it back on, I still pull it off without knowing it. My Dr. tells me that there isn't anything that he can do for me. I get very exhausted and many, many days can hardly drive home. I only live 10 mins. from work. I've tried the nasal pillows before, but feel as if so much air is being pushed up my nose. Maybe you can help me and tell me how far does the nasal pillows go up your nose or any other info you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :), Debbie
