I use the loop-the-loop method. Get a hose connector so I can plug the hose into itself in a loop. Over the bathtub, fill the hose with some baby shampoo, topped off by water. Plug it together. Roll it around in your hands like a wheel. Empty. Rinse it out the same way. Then fill half with white vinegar and top off with water. Roll it around. Hang it over the nozzle or towel rack. Let it stand 20-30 minutes. Then rinse. Hang it open, over the shower nozzle, draining into the tub, to dry.
