If your insurance will allow it, you might want to try the Breeze air pillows. I have had much better luck with that as compared to a conventional mask. Also, I have seen another device that looks promising called the CPAP Pro, which appears to be similar to the Breeze in that there is no mask, but there is also no headgear, some kind of device that you put into your mouth I think. Sorry I don't have more info on that. Perhaps someone else here can help out.
