I just put a little dish detergent in it fill it half way with very hot water and raise one end and then the other for a while. I then rinse it out with very hot water and hang it on the shower curtin rod to dry all days.Never have never have used vinegar or any other stuff in my hoses and masks etc.I've been doing it this way for a few years now without any problem. If their is any moisture in it in the evening i just hook it to the machine and run it for 15 / 20 min. John Gasp, cough, cough, choke etc. John
