New CPAP user / 1 week

Posted by Will on August 26, 2000 at 22:09:03:

Hi all,

This is just a quick follow-up of my posts further down this list about my beggining CPAP useage.

I have been on CPAP for 1 week now, and I can say that it has been a God send for me! CPAP worked for me the first night, that's not to say I haven't had problems; see previous postings. I still have a chronic low grade headache and mild neck pain from learning to sleep on my back. All of my sleep problems have cleared up, although I'm still not having dreams, or I don't remember having them.

Building the manometer, for measuring the CPAP preasure was a fun project. I'm happy to see that a couple of other people have had fun making them too!

This forum has just the greatest group of helpful people!

Will
