Headaches / Light Headedness / Confusion

If your having headaches, try to make sure that your sinuses are clear before you go to bed. Yiu can use a saline solution (or Alkalol) and blow your nose thoroughly. I founds that that helps. Also, some people use anti histamine or decongestants for this (before bed). I reviewed you prior posts, and it seems that you are using a heated humidifier.

About the very first morning after. . . . Did you feel light-headed? I found experience that unique to the first morning (it's one year now).

I had a bit of a problem finding your prior posts. I wanted to quickly reread them before posting here. It seems that there are more than one "Wills" posting here.

P.S. Don't confuse Alkalol with alchohol.
