I don't know what others have offered on the subject of back pain, in fact I didn't know it should be a part of the cpap experience. That may explain my own back problems as of late. Why must all of this be so difficult!? Argh! (statement, not really a question)
I am a massage therapist so the first advice I would offer would be massage. Massage is not only good for certain aches and pains but also helps every system of your body. This is very good for any of us. I cannot speak for the rest of the OSA world but in the past, at times, I have just felt full of toxins and stove up. Massage flushes the toxins from your system through the circulation of blood. The blood clenses the muscles, bones, lymphatic, circulatory, pulmanary.. all systems of the body, and is healing as it clenses.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I am anxiously awaiting answers to your post as this has also been a concern of mine.
