Hi Doug,

Thanks for the tip about cleaning my head out before sleep. Is Alkalol perscription or is it over the counter? I have been thinking about asking my Dr. for something to blow open the sinuses before bed. The CPAP seems to work with more preasure when my nose is open.

I'll be real careful about the Alkalol-vs-alcohol thing! Just imagine sucking a load of alcohol up the old snout! Sleep apnea would be the least of my worries after that!
