Yo Sleepy-jen,
Here is what I do each morning.
Place hoses, humid-canister, mask, and connectors in a hot water/little dish soap solution. Once a week I add a cup of vinegar to the solution.
After 1/2-1 hour or so I rinse with warm water and hang the hoses on the door of a cupboard to drip dry. Seems to work well.
