Hi Shele,
I've reduced my milk based foods by 90% or more and use flonase, one squirt per nostril each evening before retiring.
I've found that if I stay away from milk, an absolute no-no, and cheese, and products with any milk base like ice cream I get along very well with CPAP. If I violate and consume I wake up choking and run the risk of pneumonia by driving the sinus drainage into my lungs.
