I don't have MS but I have a form of muscular dystrophy called FSH which like most MDs is a slow progressive type.

Have they ever mentioned to you or tried you on a Bi-Pap machine before? I've been on a Bi-Pap for over 10 years now. A Cpap would bascially be of no use to me and that maybe the same situation with you.
