Some getting up is normal: For examply I usually wake up once or twice during the night, then fall back asleap. I understand that this is fairly normal for many people (part of moving into and out of sleep cycles - search the info on normal sleep referenced on the Sleepnet home page).

I also sometimes have to get up for bathroom duties. This is somewhat dependent on fluid and food intake, or illness. Again, this I percieve as normal.

Do you think that you have something abnormal - if so what. We will try to help.
