When I was using the Mirage nasal mask for over a year this was a common complaint. My eye doctor suggested over the counter eyedrops with a lubricating content. Talk to your local pharmacist.
Also, see your eye doc and make sure you get a pressure test . I was using steroid nasal sprays to breathe, and i qualified as one of the 2% who react. The eyeball pressure wnt into the glacoma area. I stopped the sprays, and my eyeball pressure went back to normal.
I digress.
If the problem is only in the last 3 months, it may be time to change the seal on your mask. The lomgest I can get from a seal on the Mirage (now full face, as I cannot breathe thru my nose initially) is 6 months.Since going to the full face mask, and adding to extra sets of straps, I have not needed the eyedrops.
Good luck.
