How many pounds ???????

I have a quick question, after a person has U3P and tonsils out, how much weight do you lose? approximately, of course and I know it is different for everyone. One more question, Are you able to sleep on your back? or do you have to sleep sitting up? oops, one more...how soon did you start back usuing CPAP? Thanks
