Gas & CPAP usage.... anyone relate??

This is very weird, but I have developed a serious case of gas in the morning. Like world-record setting gas. I can feel it in my stomach and I think maybe I'm swallowing air or is somehow related to my cpap use. Anyone have the same problem??
