I had a hard time adjusting to the amount of sleep I actually needed after using my cpap. Before, I would sleep for 10 hours. Now, I can't sleep more than 6 if I try!! Makes it tough on the weekend when it's nice to "sleep in". Try not to drink anything with caffeine after 2:00 p.m., that might help too. I've also found that limiting my liquid intake 2 hours before bedtime helps. Good luck on your journey! Ain't it great??
