Contact Soreness / Sinus problems

For contact soreness, I use BoroleumŽ. It was recommended by my sleep doctor. You can find it in most drugstores, or you can visit their website (it has the obvious name). If this irritates his eyes, he can also use vaseline.

Since he has a stuffy nose problem, he should be using a heated humidifer with his CPAP. This helps most patients with CPAP-related sinus problems.

also, since your husband seems to have more energy than you, is it possible that you should be tested too? (Don't laugh, it's been known to happen).
