I had a titration study and raised my pressure from 7 to 10. Prior to that I was at 9 then 8. I bought an autocpap and it says 6. I was on bipap at 12/8 because doctor thought I had alveolar hypoventilation but another sleep doc thinks that was equipment malfunction.

Will have test later on that. Now on straight pressure of 8.

So none of pressures get rid of unknown arousals that I have, which are changes in stages of sleep, which is whenever I try to get into deep sleep I get bumped back to stage 2.

It appears that the cpap is the problem.
