Higher blood pressure upon awakening

Part of my routine after hooking up 6 months ago has been to take my BP after sleep. Upon waking it's relatively high but settles down after half an hour or so to a more or less consistent level. Don't know why.

The good news is my overall BP's come down from around 160/105 to 130/85 over a 4 month period and is still trending down. Good ol' CPAP!
