Tired even with cpap

Started cpap in April at 8 pressure. Worked for two weeks
felt great! Started to fall asleep at the wheel again. Went back to sleep lab in July pressure was raised to 11. Worked fine for aprox.3 weeks. Back to falling asleep again. What is going on!
