I bought my bipap a couple of months ago from a Yahoo auction and started with a setting of 5 and then moved it up a notch at a time till my wife told me my snoring stopped, when I went into a sleep lab guess what? I had my bipap set exactly where they said it should be. Spent $2000 to find out my machine was set right and since I do not have insurance the money came right out of my own pocket.
