I beleive that the Cpap manufacturers are NOT "sufferers friendly", otherwise wouldn't they have eliminated those painful masks?, made machine that just diffused air when the patients stop breathing? instead of creating these difficult situations we have to try adjusting to?
I cannot beleive that :here we are, the most advanced country in the world, but us, sleep apnea patients have to wear those uncomfortable apparatus, UNLESS we have a LOT of money to buy the easiest models to tolerate.
Also I have read many of others' postings, & it's nice to know that I am not the only one struggling w/so many symptoms even though I am trying my 1st cpap equipment, & it has relieved some of the misery, & anxiety about going to bed.
Can anyone explain "How did you ever get used to sleep w/the chin strap? or the mouth tape?
I never thought I could sleep w/ a mask on my face,
but the chin on top ????
Thank YOU.
