Oh my goodness- I had a real dream!

I have read many posts saying how people start having real dreams after years of not having any. I have been waiting for a real dream of my very own. This morning, I had my first full-length dream in years. It was very vivid and very strange. I loved it. Does this mean the CPAP is beginning to work?
