Darrell: CPAP is not easy to handle under most circumstances (subconscious or otherwise) and it takes *some* getting used to. Of course, by now, you know this! I hated it the first time which was about a year ago. Since then, I have had U3P and Septoplasty. Although the surgery made improvements to my OSA status, I am trying CPAP again, now. It is much easier this time due to the reduced setting AND my new "4 barrel carburator" nose!! I highly recommend getting your deviated septum fixed ... it's like having 3 nostrils! I also attribute my improved CPAP success (this time) to the fact that nothing is worse than tolerating U3P ... it has a way of *making* you humble!! Good luck, Dennis
