There are some masks that will work better with facial hair that others. One system that will work best is nasal pillows.

There is two problems with nasal pillows. First, most techs don't know how to properly fit them. Second, the headgear from Nellcor Puritan Bennett is not stable on your head. Third, they hurt like %#** if they are not fit properly. I have use nasal pillows for 6 1/2 years. If you will contact me off line I will be happy to share with you what you need to make them comfortable and effective.
