I am glad the headgear is working out for you. I think you will find that in the long haul you will begin to feel better in the daytime. Sometimes our systems are so rundown that it takes time for it to repair itself to place that we can begin to feel good and have the energy that we should. Remember, OSA doesn't just happen. It has been there for years. Fortunately, our systems will repair themselves quickly. Now you can begin to fine tune your system.
