My wife told me 4 years ago that I seemed to stop breathing at night and should seek medical advice. Her words: "You scare me in the night, I never know whether to poke you to start you breathing again". Around the same time I saw a tv show displaying a man hooked to a machine the size of a vacumn cleaner and a huge mask strapped to his face and they called it a succesful form of treatment. The very image turned me off and I continued to make excuses about my sleepiness (pride goeth before a fall).

Finally when Lesley (wife) had to do 90% of the driving during our vacation last year I quit beating around the bush and the rest is now history.

The best we can do is pass the word and hope that people who need to will listen (and not watch any outdated TV shows in the process!)

AMEN

PAul
