Richard: Last December, I had UPPP/Septoplasty. Ask me anything. I recommend that you also do a SEARCH of Forums 1,2,3 & 4 for tons of info from others too. Try your SEARCH using: UPPP, U3P, surgery, etc. Good Luck & let me know if there is anything I can answer for you.

P.S. UPPP does not mean you will drown while drinking, does not mean you cannot blow up balloons & does not change your voice. Your OSA is also NOT gone just because you have surgery.
