Yes, unfortunately, I have to wait for my follow-up appointment. My doc is actually a respiratory specialist, and not a sleep specialist, so he has someone else do a detailed analysis of my results before he will do my follow-up. (HMO strikes again!) In addition, he is taking a week of vacation in November, pushing me back all the way to the 16th. They have told me they will try to get me in sooner if they get the results back in time, but I'm not very hopeful. How long it will take to get started on CPAP after that visit I have no idea (again, I'm sure the HMO will have it's influence). So, as I said, I'm hoping for delivery in time for Christmas!
