Joe -I have had lower back pain for years.Not frequent but perhaps once or twice a year.I woke up about three weeks ago started to get out of bed and felt it go out. It has taken nearly three weeks to resolve itself ,but it always does with time, on its own.Of course now my hip wants to complain for awhile. Moral-never get old and decrepit-but if you have to choose go for old-John
