Extremely tired -Under your circumstances I would check back with the sleep lab for feed back and see if your pressures are right. Perhaps you need a humitifier ,heated humitifier,perhaps a bi-pap machine.Most of us have went thru our trials and tribulations until we get it right.Ain't always easy. John
