I HAD SEVERE BACK PAIN. BOUGHT A INEXPENSIVE FOAM BACK WEDGE AT A MED. SUPPLY STORE AND NO MORE PROBLEMS. I USE THE LOWEST DEGREE OF LIFT AND A VERY SOFT PILLOW.
