Somnoplasty Does It Work???

I've been recently diagnosed with mild OSA and am considering all the options and am intrigued with Somnoplasty but really can't find any evidence of whether it really works especially on a long term basis. I've seen a number of postings here and there by people about to have the proceedure or recently had it but few who have commented on it long after their proceedures. Can anyone help? Does anyone have suggestions where I might find such information.
