I'm partial to the Fischer & Paykel set up. It is effective and efficient, and easy to maintain. I like the way the blower can sit on the base if you have the starter kit.

Read the "Humidification" and the "Obstructive Apnea" pages. There are photos of the starter kit if you aren't sure what I mean.
