Loosing job followup

Posted by briston4 on September 27, 2000 at 07:48:32:

I first want to that all of you for responding to my first posting.
The big reason why my doctor took me out of work is the type of work I do. I run machinery for a plastics company. I have been known to fall asleep WHILE running the machinery. While talking to people, and actualy performing my duties without knowing I have fallin asleep. I work 12hr rotating, 8am-8pm 2 weeks, then 8pm-8am 2 weeks. I wasn't questioning my doctors disission on removing me from work, I am concerned about my job when I return next week. My job I had before I went out has already been filed.
A friend, upper management, told me that my employment is going to be terminated as soon as I return. Pretty sad, I've been employed there for 10yrs.
