Hi Will,

I believe it is the straps. I am a mild apneic and wanted to find out what was going on so I slept without the CPAP for a couple of nights and the soreness went away the first night.

After two nights without CPAP, I put the gear back on and presto, the sore neck came back. I am trying to figure out a way to adjust the straps, but whenever I lower the pressure much more than what I have, I get lots of leaks. There has to be a happy medium between air leaks and sore neck.

The fun continues! :-)
