I just had my followup appointment with my sleep specialist after my CPAP titration. I feel that I am one of the lucky ones. My initial sleep study results determined that I had 41 apnea episodes each hour. With the CPAP I had only 4 the entire night! This was with a pressure of 8. I was in deep sleep 91% of the time. With such a low pressure, my doctor believes that I should have no problems sleeping and home. I agree and can't wait. First must get insurance company approval. I will post again after my first week with CPAP.
