Have you seen a sleep doctor? These are usually pulmonary specialists or others with advanced training who are associated with teaching hospitals. Far from being a medical person, I am only a normal hose head who has seen wonderful improvement at a pressure of 16. However, you seem to have all of the symptoms I had before I started to use the machine. My pulmonologist always asks me if any of those symptoms have come back so he can get new testing and change pressure if needed. He has NEVER suggested Ritalin - only adjustment of the machine. It just seems very strange and falling asleep while driving is a frightening and dangerous happening. Maybe you need to get another opinion?
