I have notice that until I relax it is difficult to exhale. Like I have to actively think about breathing in and out. by morning I am so used to the 15cm of pressure I dont even notice, I have to lift up the mask to test against actual room pressure, like the CPAP is putting out too loww of a pressure but I also made a cheap manometer to test and it os ok.

If in doubt test it!!
