I'l try the spirit gum adhesive. I take it that this is safe since it already is sold for skin contact.

Another posting of mine asked about the Hans/rudolph AirSep masks. I haven't tried one yet but you can buy a flexible foam Comfort seal or a hydrogel Ultimate seal so one can try three different surfaces for mask comfort. The gel isn't sticky like a tens pad but it does feel like it could be comfortable with their mask. I've only seen the seals both made specifically for their mask BTW.
