I have woken up holding my breath before. and it is scary. please go to a sleep clinic. i didn't even know I was doing this, so the fact that you are aware is a good thing. don't be afraid. i spent 3 days very depressed and worried, but now I'm like, well, let' get the treatment started. it's better than the total outcome.
