Hi Joe - I had the same problem when I started CPAP. Nasty little sinus problems and a constantly drippy nose. My Sleep Doc prescribed a heated humidifier and Flonase. Both of them worked. Now I only use the Flonase intermittently, but I wouldn't be without my heated humidifier. Since using this stuff, I"ve only had one cold that some "visiting expert" from Ottawa brought out to plague the west.
